There is a message from SU-METAL behind Kamishibai of LEGEND-S in Hiroshima.
Many Japanese mates(BABYMETAL fans) seems to realize it.
But foreign mates don't, as far as I know.
So, I will check the Kamishibai and unveil the message from SU-METAL here.

Before we check the Kamishibai, we need to check two episodes of Suzuka in Sakura Gakuin.

Episode 1
Sakura Gakuin students' diary 20110806 Suzuka

The day for everyone to think

It is the 66th Day of the Atomic Bombing.
In Hiroshima, We go to school and learn about war, and think about peace, every year (on this day, although it is summer vacation).
Since I was a little child, I have spent (this day) in such a way.
So, I have thought that all people in the world thinks about peace in this day, August 6th.

Last year, I spent this day in Tokyo for the first time.
I was said "What? Was there anything special on this day!?".
I was surprised that this day is a normal day for everyone (around me).

If I were not born in Hiroshima, I may have not think so?
Such a imagine makes me to think that it is good for me to be born in Hiroshima.

And, I want to be unchanged, wherever I am.

Episode 2
Sakura Gakuin Open Class 'UTA NO KOUKO-GAKU' (Archeology of songs) 20130301 Suzuka

This class was as below.
(1)Each student (SG member) search and select a song which was released before her birth,
(2)study the meaning of the lyrics and historical context,
(3)make a presentation for five minutes,
(4)and sing the song one chorus in a cappella.
(5)While she is singing, everyone should keep silent, listen to the song, without clapping hands.

Here is the Suzuka part of this class.

Suzuka selected 'SHIMA-UTA' (Island Song).
It is a song of Okinawa by THE BOOM.

"I often image a song as color. Which color do you image with this song 'SHIMA-UTA'?
At first, I imaged refreshing color such as the sky and the sea in Okinawa.
But, while I study the lyrics, that image changed."

She explained the lyrics with a whiteboard.

DEIGO-NO HANA GA SAKI KAZE WO YOBI ARASHI GA KITA
DEIGO flower bloomed, called winds, and storm came.
(DEIGO flower, which is said to call a disaster, started to bloom, and the US Army landed on the main island of Okinawa on April 1st 1945.)

DEIGO GA SAKIMIDARE KAZE WO YOBI ARASHI GA KITA  KURIKAESU KANASHIMI WA SHIMA WATARU NAMI NO YOU
DEIGO was blooming in bloom, called winds, and storm came. Repeated sadness were like waves crossing over the island.
(In the DEIGO blooming season, June 1945, like waves crossing over the island, slaughter was repeated.)

UUJINU MORI DE ANATA TO DEAI  UUNINU SHITA DE CHIYONI SAYONARA
In a sugarcane field, I met you.  Under the sugarcane field, goodbye forever.
(In a sugarcane field, I met you, my love.  In the shelter, you passed away.)

SHIMA-UTA YO KAZE NI NORI  TORI TO TOMONI UMI WO WATARE
Island Song, get on the wind, with birds, cross the sea.
(Island Song, cross the sea, getting on the wind, together with the souls of the dead.)

SHIMA-UTA YO KAZE NI NORI  TODOKETE OKURE WATASHI NO NAMIDA
Island Song, get on the wind, bring my tears.
(Island Song, please tell the mainland the sorrow of Okinawa, getting on the wind.)

"In fact, this is the meaning of the lyrics." said Suzuka.

But her presentation was not over yet.

She began to talk about atomic bombing on Hiroshima, her home land.

"Last year, I was in Tokyo on August 6th."
(It is the day atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima)

"The London Olympics was underway, TV news told about it.
It's fine. but it continued over 8:15.
And on any channel they didn't talk about atomic bomb."
(8:15 is the time atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima)
"I felt sad." she said.

"But then, I got emails from the members of Sakura Gakuin.
On the previous day, I had told them about the day,
and asked them to pray silently at 8:15."

"Although I had told them and asked them, we had appeared in TIF(Tokyo Idol Festival)
on the previous day. So I thought they must be tired and had forgotten about it.
But the members emailed me that they had prayed silently."

"I had thought that even if I tell such a thing, it wouldn't be conveyed.
But in this way everyone will think exactly.
So I realized that 'to tell' is important."

Suzuka's presentation was much over five minutes.

And she sang the song in a cappella.

Fukei-san(fans of Sakura Gakuin) were moved deeply.

With these episodes, we can get to know that Suzuka wants everyone to know about atomic bombing in Hiroshima, and that she thinks to tell is important.

There is another point which we must check before Kamishibai.
The point is that LEGEND-S was held in Hiroshima, Suzuka's home land, and also the first place where nuclear bomb was used in history.

Now let's check Kamishibai of LEGEND-S in Hiroshima.
You can check it in English and Japanese.
(English one lacks the beginning part)

There are four Kamishibai in LEGEND-S.

Key point of 1st Kamishibai

The DOOMS DAY has arrived.
The light of hope was changed to the light of despair after a beam of light had appeared.

The DOOMS DAY means the day of atomic bombing in Hiroshima.
A beam of light means the beam of light by atomic bomb.

Key point of 2nd Kamishibai

The skies turned dark.
And endless rain fell upon the people.

The rain means black rain which falls after nuclear explosion and includes radioactive materials.

Key point of 4th Kamishibai

To prevent the people from losing the light of hope again,
The MESSIAH continues to sing in order to consistently provide light for people
Just like small AOGIRI leaf gradually growing to become a big leaf.

about 'AOGIRI', also called 'Phoenix tree exposed to the A-bomb', please refer bellow.

(English)
http://www.pcf.city.hiroshima.jp/virtual/VirtualMuseum_e/tour_e/ireihi/tour_24_e.html
It is said that all the people in Hiroshima knows AOGIRI as the symbol for Hiroshima of rebuild from the destruction by atomic bombing.

Throughout the all Kamishibai, AOGIRI is the keyword.
Among the mysterious words of Kamishibai which presents the world of BABYMETAL, AOGIRI is the word which is directly related to Hiroshima and atomic bomb.

As you see, SU-METAL wants you to know about atomic bombing in Hiroshima 1945.
And another important point is that it is not to blame someone but for peace.

Of course, you can ignore or deny this, if you don't face the word AOGIRI, which SU-METAL brought to you.
